Privacy policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email, profile picture from Google/Facebook if you use social sign-in), the data you upload or connect, usage and audit logs, and billing records. Card details are handled by Netcash and never reach our servers.

How we use it. To provide reports, operate your subscription, secure the service and provide support.

AI processing. A small, PII-masked sample and statistical profile of your dataset is sent to our AI provider to generate each report. It is not used to train models.

Your rights. You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Contact us to exercise your rights under POPIA.
