Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Summarix, operated by Global Software Services.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period via Netcash Pay Now until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your data. You retain all rights to data you upload or connect. You are responsible for having the right to process that data and for connecting databases with appropriately limited permissions.

AI output. Reports include AI-generated narrative. Figures are computed from your data, but you should review reports before relying on them for material decisions.

Acceptable use. Do not use the service to attack systems, probe networks, or process data unlawfully.
